How does Fintuple collect and validate its data?

The core fund, institutional, and personnel data that you see on the platform is shared directly to us by the fund institutions themselves. We standardise the data that we collect using our templates and algorithms before we publish on the platform.


If the data is from secondary web sources, we will re-validate the data with the fund institution before we publish it in our platform

Do you have growth calculator option in the portal?

Yes, we have this option enabled for subscriber users or users who have access to fund performance & portfolio data. The growth calculator is a tool that is used for determining an annual growth rate on an investment where value typically has fluctuated widely from one period to the next.

Can I follow a fund/ institution/ professional to get more information?

Yes, to follow a specific fund/ institution/ professional you can just click the bell button. Once you follow an entity, Fintuple will automatically send updates / notifications to you about the same periodically.

Do you have an analysis of a fund around larger market bull & bear runs?

Yes, we do have bull and bear analysis in our portal. The user can view this function inside portfolio section of all the funds.

How can I compare my fund performance with my peers?

Currently, our fund data is based on the fund overall and not about any specific investor / investment portfolios. And at the moment, our platform does not have fund comparison capability yet, though it is on our product roadmap.

How do I change the email address or password associated with my account?

The user cannot change his/her email address given during the time of registration. But the user registered with Fintuple IQ portal (non-Microsoft/ Google) can change his/her password. If due to extreme circumstances, you need to change your email address, you can contact our support team at [email protected].

Can I use Fintuple’s data for my reports / presentations?

The user should get prior, written approval from Fintuple before proceeding. If Fintuple approves your request, the user will be eligible to export the data or charts and use them for reports and presentations as long as they are clearly sourced or referenced.

Does Fintuple iQ provide its own Research reports?

Yes, our team is currently working on processing the research reports to deploy inside the platform.

Onboarding your fund is simple and free of charge. To get this started, email us at [email protected].

The data you hold on my institution is incorrect/out of date – how can I correct it?

You can drop us a mail at [email protected]. Or you can also raise a request through our website contact form.

I would like to purchase a subscription of Fintuple iQ. How can I do this?

As of now, we don’t charge any subscription fee to access our iQ data platform. But premium access and premium profiles are coming soon.
